With my help, your rights can be protected and consequences mitigated. I will work to help your get the best results out of a bad situation.

Drug charges are some of the most common criminal matters, but they often can become quite complex with multiple purchases, dealers, traffickers, and manufacturers involved in the chain of distribution. Depending on the charges, drug crimes, like drug possession, also carry some of the most severe legal penalties. With so many aspects to a case and with your future on the line, it is important to contact an attorney who will fully develop your case and work to obtain the most favorable result possible.

I represent clients in all types of drug charges including:

  • Drug possession: includes all controlled substances such as marijuana, heroin, cocaine, morphine, ecstasy, methamphetamine, and LSD. To arrest you for possession of drugs, the government does not need to find the drugs in your hand, on your person, or in your exclusive possession, if they can show that the drugs were in a place where you placed them or hid them.
  • Drug trafficking: implies the large-scale transfer, sale, or distribution of controlled substances or drugs. Depending of the drug or illegal substance, you can be charged with Drug Trafficking for 10 pills or less. Because of the Government’s War on Drugs, the laws have been changed to impose Minimum Mandatory sentences on many of the drug offenses. Depending on the Drug/Controlled Substance you have been charged with The Minimum Mandatory sentences could range from 3 years and a fine of $50,000.00 up to 25 years and a fine of $500,000.00.

Any person sentenced to a Minimum Mandatory sentence is not eligible for any form of discretionary early release, gain time, time off for good

behavior and must serve each day of his sentence unless he receives a pardon from the governor.

Don’t let a Drug Possession Charge Ruin Your Life.

The consequences of a drug charge like drug possession, trafficking, or manufacture can be severe both now and into the future.
